4. Intellectual Property All rights, title and interest in the Bot, including, but not limited to, the source code, trademark, design and content, belong exclusively to the Developer.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties The Bot is provided "as is" and the Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, as to its availability, reliability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Bot.

7. Modifications to the Terms The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon their publication on the Developer's website.

8. Termination The Developer may suspend or terminate the User's access to the Bot at any time, without prior notice, if the User violates the terms of this agreement.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Country. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the district of [City].
