DevService Bot Usage Policy This Usage Policy supplements the DevService Bot Terms of Service and establishes specific rules for the use of the Bot. By using the Bot, you, the User, agree to fully comply with this Policy, in addition to the Terms of Service.

1. Purpose of the Bot The DevService Bot is a tool designed to facilitate interaction between members of online communities related to FiveM games, providing features such as Live Server Status, Server Management, etc.

2. Appropriate Use The User must use the Bot in an ethical and respectful manner, avoiding: Inappropriate Content: Posting or sharing any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, threatening, violent, sexually explicit, or that incites discrimination or hatred. Spam: Sending repetitive, unsolicited, or irrelevant messages to other users. Harassment: Disturbing, threatening or intimidating other users. Fraud: Using the Bot for fraudulent purposes or to deceive other users. Exploits: Exploiting flaws in the Bot or other systems to obtain undue advantages. Copyright Infringement: Sharing copyrighted content without proper authorization.

3. Commands and Functionalities The Bot offers a variety of commands and functionalities. The User must use these resources responsibly and in accordance with the instructions provided. The Developer reserves the right to add, modify or remove commands and functionalities at any time.

4. Security The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her login and password information. The Developer is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the User's account.

5. Monitoring The Developer may monitor the use of the Bot to ensure compliance with this Policy and the Terms of Service.

6. Consequences of Misuse Failure to comply with this Policy may result in: Warning: The User will be notified of the violation and will have the opportunity to correct his/her behavior. Suspension: The User's account may be temporarily suspended. Banning: The User's account may be permanently banned.

7. Changes to this Policy The Developer reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon their publication on the Developer's website. By using the Bot DevService, the User agrees to fully comply with this Usage Policy.
